This policy addresses the treatment of both personal and non-personal data categories. Non-personal information cannot identify individuals; when you visit for informational purposes, certain browser-derived data may be collected and has no usage restrictions.
Personal information identifies individuals, such as names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers. Collection occurs through applications, transactions, and website forms that enable product purchases or activity participation.
Cookies and web beacons collect information. Cookies are text files placed by servers that personalize features; web beacons are small graphic images that monitor browser type, IP address, and viewing time. Third-party vendors also deploy cookies for anonymous usage analytics. You can decline cookies, though this may limit interactive features.
We retain and use collected information for website/product access, request responses, billing, service provision, communications about potentially interesting offerings, record-keeping, analytics, and program improvement.
Sharing personal information with unrelated third parties requires your permission. Service-providing companies may receive limited information strictly for specified purposes. We will not sell, exchange or publish personal information except during a corporate transaction or where legally compelled.
Generally accepted standards of technology and operational security protect information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized personnel and vendors access data under confidentiality requirements. However, unauthorized access cannot be completely prevented.
We run advertising campaigns for our clients on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and similar platforms. To do that we use the APIs those platforms provide, with access granted to us by the client who owns the advertising account. What we receive is business advertising data: campaign, ad set and ad performance, spend, impressions, clicks, conversion counts, and the account, page and business identifiers attached to them. We use it only to run and report on the campaigns of the client it belongs to. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to data brokers, and we do not use it to build profiles of individual people. It is held on systems we control, and access is limited to the 37 Consult staff working on that client.
We will not intentionally collect any personal information from children under 13. Suspected violations should be reported.
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business and accounting records. Advertising data belonging to a client is kept for the duration of our engagement and for the period afterwards in which we may still need it for reporting, invoicing or legal records. Anything we hold is deleted on request, subject to those legal record-keeping obligations.
Email dario.lapp@37consult.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and tell us what you want removed. If you are a client, name the advertising accounts it relates to. If you contacted us through this website, the email address or phone number you used is enough for us to find your record. We will confirm what we hold, delete it, and write back to you once it is done. We aim to complete this within 30 days. Where the law requires us to keep something, an invoice for example, we will tell you what was kept and why. You can also ask us to access, correct or update your information, or to unsubscribe from our emails, at the same address.
